Cat Vaccines
Kittens are given a series of vaccines ideally at 8 and 12 weeks of age. These core vaccines are repeated once every three years thereafter according to current recommendations. Rabies need only be boosted every three years for cats over one year of age that reside in British Columbia. The vaccine programme for your cat is tailored to its individual risk of exposure. Vaccines in addition to core vaccines (such as for Feline Leukemia) will be given according to your pets risk for these diseases.
